Returns
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us on WhatsApp at +92-314-863-5044 or email support@velvettouch.pk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
